1. this one’s cool!.. except for this messed up comment page.. or maybe it’s my browser..

2. No, its not your browser….I haven’t figured out why making changes to the home pages messes this up or what I can do to fix it. I’ll keep trying.

3. One thing is that I can’t click and of the ‘pages’ or the ‘art and comics’ links because it wants to go to your home page.

4. I think I got that fixed, thanks James! Now if I could just figure out how to remove the sidebar from the comments page or change the size of this box so it would move up I’d be happy. None of the forums have been helpful thus far…most of them address the default or classic theme and the lines of code they are referring to are absent in this custom theme.

5. I think the design of your last web page was more you. I liked the orange/brown colors.

6. Yes, in some ways I like the old one better. Unfortunately there are some problems that I just don’t know how to fix as that look was not made for this updated version of WordPress. I’d actually like to go with something more on the lines of the color scheme on Duirwaigh Gallery‘s site. Here are some other blog sites that I think are interesting and have stuff that I like:

   Jeffrey Lin
   Jared Digital
   Hip to be Square
   Cafe Lisa
   Ray and Amy
   Mike Purdy

I’ll keep playing around until I find something I like. I appreciate any and all feedback about any look that this site has.

7. I don’t want to elaborate, but with a title of ‘Stainless Steel Droppings’ the picture I chose to put on this site could be interpreted as something kinda gross….

8. well that would definitely make your site unique… lol

9. Something similar to Hip to be Square would be cool. Going with the astronomy idea is also very cool. Have found anything extraterrestrial

10. Sorry I accidentially hit submit b4 I was ready. My question was, Have you found any ideas for something along the lines of extraterrestrial?

11. Only when I visit relatives….

12. Abby – how would you like it if I encouraged Mike to place a busty woman on his computer. (lol)

(Editor’s comment: this is referring back to the way the Hip to Be Square site looks…I was confused for a long time so I thought I’d help out. Sorry.)

13. Not bad, C-Man. As an aside, I think I always hate the way my site looks. As soon as I revamp it, I want to change it completely. So get used to the flux.

14. I hear you. This is still not what I’m wanting to do. I need to spend more time learning about web design (in all my free time!). I’m just lazy and want to get straight to the fun is the main problem. I’m making some changes on the default theme and will mess with that. Eventually I’ll find something I sort of like and everyone else will inevitably think its crap.. 🙂

15. This layout is nice, but I’ve got to go with Abby’s first comment. I liked the brown schema better.

16. yeah, i’m looking into theme editors, so i can maybe develop my own unique themes.

…btw, new site up & running.. not completey how i’d like it yet, but it’s getting there!
(in case you want to switch your link from my blog to that)
    thanks! 🙂

17. I changed it! Thanks for letting me know!
