Woke up this morning to the most beautiful snowfall…thick flakes falling fast, branches heavy laden, everything blanketed in white powder…the kind of day where you want to stay home in a comfy chair with a warm blanket, hot chocolate, and a good book. Put some Enya or Sarah Brightman on in the background and it would be perfect. This fantasy is not to be, however, as its Monday morning and work beckons. I don’t know what it is about a good snowfall that makes me feel relaxed and at peace. It may be a connection with childhood memories of snow days in Nebraska. Oddly enough days like this also make me nostalgic for older console/pc games that I’ve played that have snow levels: James Bond’s Goldeneye for Nintendo 64 and No One Lives Forever (PC) are 2 games that immediately spring to mind. This is one of those moments when I wish I had a digital camera to take a quick picture to post on the site. I’ll have to rely on Mosker to take care of that!

The snow was/is beautiful, and unlike you, I get to stay home today.
All would be perfect if it weren’t for the spinning room and my
rolling stomach.
Great Screen Shots, looks like a cool level. Sorry you’re not feeling well honey.
Remind me the next time I’m over!
