Today was Day 2 of our child-free, career-free vacation. We did do some work on this vacation day but it was well worth the blood, sweat, and tears. My parents came down from Nebraska last night and my dad and brother-in-law helped me install a brand new garage door on the house. It looks beautiful and makes the house look 100% better. Thank you dad and Mike!
My mother and Mary cleaned up the less appealing areas of the home (read Tori’s disaster of a bedroom) to make it presentable to company and I really, REALLY appreciated this as it looks wonderful inside as well.
Tonight we go with Mr. and Mrs. Smith to see Mr. and Mrs. Smith. Review forthcoming!
Wasn’t that a fun movie, C-man? Saw it today with my uncle. His family (the one with four daughters, Julie) are all out of town at camp. So it was just the boys today.
Fun flick. Silly, but fun.
It was great fun, I’ll post a review later tonight!
I’ve installed 3 of those suckers. First one was a chore, the other two was pretty easy. James has one in his garage. It’s probably too late but I recommend the Genie excellerator. Fast and quiet.
I’ve already got a garage door opener…its a genie, I believe Tom…so we only installed the garage dorr itself. It does run quite smooth though and looks so much better!
