Combine everyone’s favorite engineer with one of my favorite country singers and what do you get? A sweet little video that only serves to make me want to watch Firefly all over again. Born to Fly is one of Sara’s songs that I really enjoy and I thought this was very creative and fun.
And since work is not what you want to be doing today anyway, here’s an interesting little webcomic that I discovered recently. I like the story and am interested in seeing how it progresses. Click ‘See’ here and enjoy.
Thanks everyone for the Friday Favorites comments. If you’re interested, discussion continues over on the Lady in the Water post. Some spoilers in a few comments if you haven’t seen the film. Good stuff everyone, thanks.
J.R.R. Tolkien, Uberlist, Music and Art posts coming up this week, should be a busy one! Have a great Monday everyone. Its supposed to be over 100 degrees today. I’m so thrilled about getting out! 😉
Rice Boy looks interesting, oooh, Tolkien, and you’re the second blog I’ve read today with Manic Monday for a title LOL!
Not very original, I’ll admit. But very, very true considering the day ahead!
Ok, I watched your video. Very cute. Now, have you listened to Fast Cars and Freedom by Rascal Flatts yet?
Ummmm……is that the phone? Gotta Go!!!! I will Jules, I will.
Love the video. Man, I miss that show. 🙁
Sara Evans! Wow…I just checked out her web site…I’ve never heard her before, but I think I’ll be visiting iTunes later today….She’s fantastic! Sounds like a cross between Susan Ashton and the Dixie Chicks…
That’s a fairly accurate description VW. She’s a really good singer and quite stunning as well. CMT.com has all of her videos up for viewing.
Rascal Flatts is my new fave. I just LOVE their stuff. They are in Bonner Springs in a few days and I have been daydreaming about going to their concert.
I am relentless, Carl.
Quit daydreaming and go!!!
That’s easy to say, but harder to execute. Besides, it’s sold out.
Time to get on the radio and win yourself some tickets!!!
