Friday the 13th

Though I am not Triskaidekaphobic, I believe the curse of Friday the Thirteenth is upon me.

I have been noticeably absent from the internet most of this week due to illness and today my image uploading software will not let me in, so there will be no Friday Favorites, at least not today!

Hopefully the situation will rectify itself before the weekend is through. Until then I will continue drinking orange juice and hot tea, snuggling under my comfy blanket, and entertain myself with the post production diaries of King Kong. I watched the production diaries yesterday and they were quite entertaining.

Have a wonderful weekend everyone and a spooky Friday the 13th!!! (Stay away from anyone in a hockey mask, however).

  1. oh my, rest, relax and feel better – you’ll be right as rain in no time 😛

    happy friday the thirteenth!

  2. I love how you used the official word “triskaidecaphobic” for your post. A good
vocabulary is a wonderful gift to the writer, and reader, alike. I meant to introduce it to
my class when I saw it on Yahoo this morning. There’s a good part to being sick, if
it’s not deathly: staying home under a cozy blanket with tea and books. Man, I wish
    I didn’t feel well…

  3. Some people believe that mulled wine has healing properties…just something to think about. Hope you get to feeling better soon.

  4. I’m quite a fan of Friday 13th. As someone who has found 13 to be a rather lucky number, it seems like an excuse to be slightly naughty.

  5. I hope you’re feeling better soon. Don’t give your mom a kiss when she gets there–your bug is not the late birthday present she has been looking foward to.

  6. I was wondering where you were!

Hope you’re feeling better and the image loading software doesn’t give you any more hassle.

Hugs for a better weekend than week!

  7. Looking forward to seeing you this weekend Tom. Can we snuggle together during the hayride?

  8. Only if you get Antonio Banderas to come to the hayride, so Karen and I can snuggle up with him.

  9. Too funny! Yeah, I’ll take Antonio. . .hee hee. I’m sure he’s not as funny as Tom, though!
