(Loss by Edward Howard)
My alphabetical trip (by first name) continues with a look at the D list.
These artists are scheduled to be in attendance May 9-11 in Kansas City, MO at Spectrum Fantastic Art Live 3.
I offer the art without comment, as it can speak well enough for itself. Besides, Iād rather get your thoughts.
Under each piece is the name of the artist and a link to their respective website. Please consider giving them a visit to explore more of their work.
Come along, and enjoy!

Edward Howard

Eirich Olson

Emi Slade

I get more excited for the show with each of these previews that I post. Time is running out for the 3-day passes, which will only be sold through April 30th. Go here to purchase tickets. Single day ticket sales are available at the show.
Don’t forget that you have an opportunity to get in on a special Kickstarter Art Book featuring at least 50 of the best that Spectrum Fantastic Art Live has to offer. Visit here for details.
And in case you missed them, here are links to the other alphabetical lists:
More amazing artwork! I really like the pieces by Edward Howard and Frank Dixon. I wish I had May 9-11 free to attend. Unfortunately, I’m giving FINAL EXAMS at that time. Yes, I teach a Saturday class.
Listen, I have a feeling the kids would be happy to let you come to Spectrum and forgo final exams.
A lot of variety there, and very impressive. The more I see of these, the more I see why you are impressed with the talent out there. I am glad they are getting recognition for their work.
Me too. I often feel the artists don’t get as much recognition as they should, so I like to bang the drum now and then.
Wonderful stuff indeed. The Rogers is the one I’d want to own. I like the Dixon for it’s humor, the Gorham for it’s cleanliness of line.
This was a good bunch. Forest Rogers’ statues are wonderful, I cannot wait to see them in person. I hope that one is among the ones she brings.
Those rabbit/jackalope heads! Yikes.
I do love that polar bear one though, I’ve seen it around a fair bit and it always makes me stop to look
I love that you’re ‘banging this drum’. Some beautiful artwork here – it’s awe inspiring how very talented some people are and I love that you’re giving them this attention. Love the Frank Dixon in particular.
