Happy Birthday Mr. and Mrs. Smith

Please join me in wishing my comic book guru and dear friend Jeff and his sweet wife Keri a hearty “Happy Birthday!!!” Keri celebrated her birthday this past Tuesday and Jeff’s birthday is today. I won’t reveal their ages except to say that Jeff is a cradle robber and Keri can continue to boast about being young!

They are both wonderful friends (with two very funny children ) as those of you around the area here know. It has been a little over a year since we stumbled into being friends and I know Mary, Tori and I consider it a tremendous blessing to have the gift of the Smith families’ friendship.

We enjoyed celebrating with you last night and look forward to the group X-Men III outing this weekend!

  3. Yeah it was great sadness that I learned we could not hook up with the in-crowd to see the movie together. There is a chance we will see it Friday night, but it is slim. Happy B-day bro! We definitely need another “rib-crib” night, ( or something else pallatable).

  10. Thanks to all for the birthday wishes! Keri and I also feel great for having the chance to
    get to know you all so much this past year. Thanks to Mary, Tori, and Carl for last
    night’s wonderful cake and ice cream. It was just the relaxing hanging around time I
    needed after my car was backed into. I was highly stressed when I arrived and felt a
    million times better by the time I went home.

    Julie…Keri and I look forward to Saturday night as well. It will be fun to enjoy some adult
    time. 🙂 Tom I’m sorry to hear you and Karen can’t make it. We most defiently need to
    do Rib Crib again.

    Lastly, we had a wonderful evening but looking at that photo now Carl really makes me
    want to lose some weight. I look like I’m ” expecting “. I don’t know how lucky I’m am to
    be married to such as smart, funny, and beautiful women when I look like such a tub
    of goo. 🙂

  16. Adult time. . . Ah yes, I need some adult time. I haven’t had much adult interaction since our mini-vacation. I hope I can contain some of my excitment when I get around you guys.
